So one of the new year's horoscopes I read over Christmas has a lot to answer for in suggesting that a complete life makeover was what I needed in 2010. Certainly I was not one to completing disagree, nor one to forgo a voyage into unchartered territory, so the fridge at Paulina's place is now overfull with lots of yummy fruit and vegetables.
Inspired by a recent trip to Piedimonte's, my local supermarket, and Marie Claire's Fresh and Fast cookbook, I decided to give watercress a try and throw it together with my version of page 29's recipe - a sort of mish-mash of that and the leftover spice mix I had from the boiled egg breakfast recipe on page 39. I just pray the red onion doesn't linger for my interview this afternoon. Sweet gourmet times are ahead!
