So how did I manage to get hold of a Starbucks cup in the snobbiest coffee city in the world? Well, I flew to Hong Kong. Unfortunately it is only sad news that takes me back home to the near freezing temperatures of Scotland - Stonehaven to be exact - my Gran is very sick. And at first I was struggling to find anything to warm me to the idea of a 4 degree daily maximum.
But with every cloud, there must be a silver lining**, and while I pace around the net on the free airport wifi, I seek only to focus on the chance to reconnect with my family, who I haven't seen in almost 10 years, and my best friend from Year 3, Julia (who has gotten married, moved to Stonehaven and had two children while I have still been prancing about working out what to do with my life).
